Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
For items ordered incorrectly or that do not fit, you will be responsible only for the return shipping costs—no additional fees will apply.
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), processing time on our end (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).
