Most products at TireShop.com typically ship out within 24 hours. Please note that if you place an order on a Friday, it will usually ship out the following Monday. Once shipped, you can expect delivery within 2 to 3 business days.

Returns Policy

At TireShop.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of delivery, provided it is new and unopened.

Restocking Fee:

Please note that if you return an item due to ordering incorrectly, or simply because you no longer want it, a 25% restocking fee will apply.

Return Shipping Costs:

• If your return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• If you ordered incorrectly or the item does not fit, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs, but no additional fees will apply, except for the restocking fee.

Refund Process:
You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing your package to the return shipper. This timeframe includes:

• Transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days)
• Processing time on our end (3 to 5 business days)
• Time for your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days)
